Products & handmade nature

All items are handmade. Variations in shape, glaze, colour and texture are part of the character of each piece and do not constitute a defect.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in DKK and include Danish VAT (moms) where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout and refunds are made to the original payment method.

Shipping

We dispatch orders within 1 business day in most cases.
Shipping options and fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods, subject to the exclusions described below for made-to-order or customised items.

Returns

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns must be shipped to a home address (not to a parcel shop / pickup point), as we do not collect from parcel shops.

Made-to-order & customised items

Made-to-order or customised items produced to your specifications are non-returnable and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Complaints & issues

If you receive a damaged item or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos where relevant so we can help.
