Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@formceramics.eu

How to return an item

1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will confirm the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely (preferably in the original packaging) and send it back to us.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns must be shipped to a home address (not to a parcel shop / pickup point), as we do not collect from parcel shops.

Condition of returned goods

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and well packed. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever is earlier).

Please note that original shipping fees are not refunded and a refund may take up to 10 business days to show in your account. 

Exchanges

Due to the limited, small-batch nature of our work, exchanges may not always be possible. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Exclusions (made-to-order / customised items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or customised items that are produced to your specifications.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours via email of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
