We ship from Virklund 8600 (Silkeborg) Denmark. 
Shipping options and costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight.

Processing time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day as all items online are unique and sold individually.

Destinations

We currently ship from Denmark to specific European destinations are shown in the checkout. Unfortunately we do not ship outside on the EU at this time.

Tracking

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive shipping notifications from your selected carrier. If you have any queries, please contact the carrier using your shipping reference number provided in your confirmation email.

Delays

Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processes (where applicable). If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier direct as we are unable to assist with delays once your goods leave the studio.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will require an additional shipping fee to resend it.
